Plaque Party
For the past two years, homeowners in any of Tyler’s six National Register Historic Districts have been invited to come by Historic Tyler’s office for information and help completing forms for “Contributing Properties” to obtain a National Register plaque.
Those attending received $10 toward their plaque. Plans have not been finalized for a 2012 Plaque Party, but details will be forthcoming!
The mission of Historic Tyler, Inc. is to promote the preservation and protection of historic structures and sites through education, involvement, and public and private investment.
